Seal Info: This seal was designed by Koujetsu. Due to his high intelligence, but lack of Genjutsu ability, he decided that such a seal would be necessary to detect Genjutsu. While this can detect illusions of any rank below S, it does not tell him what level the Genjutsu is, nor does it tell him when it was cast. This will normally cause Koujetsu to waste more chakra than necessary to break the Genjutsu.

I think all level Genjutsu is a bit much even for an S rank seal, maybe A rank & below would work.
