Seal Info: This seal was designed by Koujetsu to hold chakra for periods of time, allowing him to access the chakra during fights, simply by sending a slight amount of chakra into a specific part of the seal. They are quite similar to the storage seals in Koujetsu's gourd, except that these are accessible.
They can hold up to 1/2 of his total chakra, allowing him to essentially to have 2x his normal chakra amount at all times. THe down side is that the seals are essentially useless until restored to full capacity, not having the extra push after being used once.
TO fill each seal up takes two days.
