Appearance: Taking after both his mother and father; Arashi is still a young child in developing. His hair is a cross between light and dark brown due to his mother, while his eyes are blue like his father. At time his eyes tend to change colors occasionally, thought to be due to shades around him but the answer if unclear. At some points he may have one blue and one green, both green, both blue, and even sometimes light grey. He has a muscular build to him despite his age and fair tone skin. For the most part though, he resembles his father.

Personality: Due to picking up on the personalities of his parents, Arashi has the exact complex personality as they. However, he does not entirely understand the boundaries of his mind and his capabilities just yet. He tends to be quite kind hearted at times but is a very calm child; not afraid to smile. His fear has mostly been broken due to his parents, and since the time he nearly got killed by his father. He is a very head strong, his determination pushing him on and on. His iron will, something he got from his mother, never lets him give in. He respects those whom he feels deserve it and has got a taste of what honor is and it's meaning. He hopes to one day be a lot like his parents, even if it means training non stop. At times he can be quiet, but others he is rather charismatic too. He tends to study anyone he comes across, sizing them up to search their weaknesses as well. To truly know him, one would have to meet him.

History: Born by two missing-nin, Arashi never truly experienced what it was like to have anyone else besides his parents. Even then, it was mainly his mother, Nasamea Tishuto, whom raised him the most due to his father's absence. He learned quickly for a young age, his mother introducing him into the art of combat and elements. She was aware of the danger he would later face in life and knew all to well that if he were not taught right she would meet Jin's fury; which she later did. Arashi on the other hand, did not fully understand at the time how much he could be targeted but being loyal as he was he still followed orders.

When his father finally came back, Arashi's life was actually placed on the line as the place he called home erupted into flames. It was his another whom saved him, although he witnessed her getting beat up earlier as well. It was then he respected both his parents, despite the fear his father placed in his heart. From then on he was with his father the most, his mother leaving elsewhere on an apparent mission. Strange though, she never came back and his father ended up hunting her down. After waiting many days and many nights, continuing his training in the safety of a cave, Arashi then realized that his parents had yet to come back. Little did he know, they weren't going too. Thus he now aims to hunt them down and do whatever he can to teach himself everything his mother and father told him to learn. Making sure that he would one day become as strong as them.
