Description:The third mind Kekkei Genkai lets the user see the weakness in any move and let the user dodge or counter it if use on him/her more then 5 times. the eyes of the Kekkei Genkai sharpen to the max and is able to look past genjutsu and ninjutsu letting the user dodge the attack with out seeing the attack. there only one level to this Kekkei Genkai The third mind witch see past Genjutsu and Ninjutsu it take 3 post to activate this
Genin can only look and forsee up to C rank techs

Chunnin =up to B

Jounin/s-rank = up to A

THis also excludes any bloodline based Genjutsu's that deal with the sharingan.

Weakness: this Kekkei Genkai have no effect on Doujutsu or Fuuijutsu or kenjutsu or Taijutsu the third mind make the user go blind ever now and then after 3 post after the Bloodline is Activated.

Uhh, no this basicly says you can dodge and counter any and everything dealing withKen/Tai/Gen jutsu total edit on this or no.

he can't dodge every thing look at his weekness

Everything dealing with Gen/Tai/Ken is basicly your able to insta-dodge everything. By that that means its godmodding wich means its againts the rules i stand by my final ruiling before, Total Edit or no.

Uhem id like some limits set according to ranks such as

Genin can only look and forsee up to C rank techs

Chunnin =up to B

Jounin/s-rank = up to A

Then they can only dodge a certain amount of times per thread.... id say 5.

Then there needs to be some sort of physical drawback of this bloodine that affects the user.

It mean he could go blind while on the battle field and that will leave him wide open for an attack by the enemy. Understand now?

Well shouldn't this be considered by a certain amount of post's that its active. Like if its active for 3 post's you go blind for 2 posts? Something like that.
