Goals: To serve his village, to help Yuzuki (spirit sealed within Shiraha), to grow strong, silently wishes to learn about his and his family past.

His story begins when his village is destroyed and he's being carried away to Konoha by his older sister named Reika; he's not yet year old. Next week they live in hospital of Konoha and learn that their other family members, as well as whole village has been killed, but Kouhei doesn't understand that, he only understands that something is not right. Medical ninjas take Kouhei to special baby section and Reika is put to recover from emotional shock. Nothing much happened while in hospital, apart from seeing nightmares. Soon they were discharged and have adapted to society.

They didn't lose everything, Reika still knew some people from other villages and some of their property was returned too. Reika contacted an old friend of their family and informed him of the accident. In return he invited her to work with him as a trader. She accepted and began doing jobs that don't require her to leave village. In two years, when Kouhei could take care of himself, he was given to Ninja akademy and Reika could now do some bigger trade together with their friend.

After gathering enough money, Reika returned to Konoha and helped her brother grow. When he was 4, she bought him a flute and taught how to play one. Kouhei showed talent for everything he did, so he easily mastered to play. He soon found that he can use his music for his allies and against his opponents, flute became his first friend and weapon. When Kouhei was 10 and learned all basic jutsu, he graduated from academy which opened next chapter of his life.

Next day he was teamed up with Emi Inuzuka, a lovely girl from nin-dog user clan, and Kazuki Nakamura, a guy who likes to study, but is completely out of practice. Captain of their team was Edo Hyuuga, from royal Hyuuga main family. Soon, they started doing D rank missions. Those missions were most easy and involved catching lost pets, helping villagers, various cleaning jobs. Shortly, after about 20 of such mission, their team became bored and asked for more difficult, challenging, interesting jobs.

After Hokage refused to give them C rank missions, their captain said that they have done enough easy jobs and since they wont be taking Chuunin exams this year, he is going to train them. Training was much harder and much more interesting, than those D rank missions. They improved their taijutsu and their chakra control, next they took tree climbing and water walking lessons, and after finding out their main elemental chakra affinity, they started training and creating techniques on their own. Whole year they trained like that, which made them much stronger. Seeing that they improved like that, Hokage allowed them to take C rank missions.

Their first C rank mission was an escort, where they had to protect food and medicine supply from a big town in Fire Country to a border village that was recently raided by bandits. Except that Kazuki was severely injured when attacked by a bandits, that mission went well, and convoy successfully reached it's destination. After doing few more C rank bodyguard missions, they started to train again. Captain Edo pressed them much harder which made them progress more quickly. Soon, sensei said that they are ready and they started to do various missions again.

Later, when Kouhei was already 12, their sensei recommended them to second Chuunin Exam that year. In that time, Kouhei noticed some changes, sometimes he felt his surroundings differently. He discussed about it with his sister and she told that this was something that their family could do. She gave him a scroll with inscription about their family's ability, which was retrieved together with other items belonging to them, but she never opened it herself. She said that she didn't need it, as she wasn't blessed with that kind of power. She was sorry, she couldn't help him learn that.

A week before the exams was completely spent for understanding and controling Kouhei's new abilities. He did various exercises and finally managed to control his senses to some limit, as well as sense what other persons are sensing. It was a great surprise to him, that he had such a bloodline. He noticed that his teammates didn't spend time uselessly either. When Chuunin Exams came, Kouhei felt that their team was completely ready for it.

First Exam was unexpected, as it was a paper test. Kouhei and Emi didn't study much, but their teammate Kazuki just loved that part. During the Exam, Kouhei used his ability to see what others see, found those who already answered the questions and wrote it down. A bit later he also, used same ability to check, if his teammates made it and found out that they had the same answers which cleared his doubts.

At the end of First Exam, examiner said that they can give up and not take the last question, which ment that their team has failed. But if they chose to take the question and got it wrong, they won't be ever able to gain higher rank. A few teames failed there, but Kouhei's team didn't. They knew that Kazuki would get it right and Kouhei with Emi would copy it down. This was the point where they had the right determination which made them pass the First Exam.

At the same day, they were taken to a special training area, where Second Exam should take place. The next Exam was a mission simulation, they were all given one of two types of scrolls: Heaven or Earth and their mission was to bring full set (2) of scrolls to a tower in the middle of the training area. This of course ment, that they had to steal a scroll from other team and make them fail. The Exam would last for 3 day and half of remaining 17 teams would surely fail, and most likely die. These news weren't nice to Kouhei's team, but he didn't lose heart.

They had to sign documents that they accept the terms of the exam and are aware that it may lead to their death. Soon, examiners started to exchange documents to the scrolls. Kouhei used this chance and saw what scroll each team goy with his ability. He picked a weakest looking and nearest to them team that had an opposite scroll (scroll of Earth). He informed his team about his plans and when the Exam started, they ran inside the Forest of Death.

While they followed their target, Kouhei used his ability to see what any nearby team sees and avoid contact. After a hour, they found their target and hid to ambush them. Girl of opponent team had her guard down and Emi's kunai attack got her. Kouhei atacked a guy with black hair, who looked the weakest, but Kouhei knew that he had the scroll they needed. While in combat, he saw his teammates attack one remaining opponent, who used Kusari-gama.

Kouhei's opponent used strong earth manipulation techniques and effectively pushed Kouhei back. In that time, second opponent knocked Kazuki out with a weight on the end of his weapon's chain. After noticing that Emi started her Wolf combination with her nin-dog, Kouhei backed up and dodged every single attack while forming handseals, to prepare a crushing attack of his lightning element. When he finished his preperation, he swiftly changed to offence and piercing any earth defence opponent had delivered near fatal wound. After his opponent fell, Kouhei helped Emi to finish the Kusari-gama user.

When Kazuki woke up, they consulted together and while Kazuki healed Emi's wounds, Kouhei carried injured enemy team to nearest entrance gates to hand them over to examiners. They stayed in a place for a while. Later when they recovered, they continued moving towards the tower, killing various wild animals that attacked them. When it started to dark, their team settled down to secure food and water, and to rest. While others sleep, one of them was awake to keep watch.

This happened in early morning, when Kouhei was awaken by someones pressence. He looked at Emi, who was keeping watch and that she was strangely dazed. He several times tried and failed getting correct view of what she sees. Soon he understood that she was under a genjutsu and started to search for the one who did it. After he found a team that was doing it, he woke Kazuki and they canceled Genjutsu Emi was effected by. They prepared and when enemy tried to attack, Kouhei played a flute technique, that he mastered just before the Exams. Technique paralyzed their opponents, so Kouhei's team could escape. After about seven hours of going through the forest and watching out for enemy teams, they finaly arrived to the tower where they passed second exam.

In total 6 teams passed Second Exam. Examiner announced, that there were too many of them for Third Exam and that they'll be put through some preliminary matches. Fights in preliminaries will be 1-on-1 and combatants will be selected randomly; in total there will be 9 fights. Those who didn't want to fight could give up. As nobody gave up, the fights started.

1st match won a girl from Kirigakure against a very nervious kid from other Konoha's team. In 2nd match fought two guys from Kumogakure and Sunagakure, Kumo won. 3rd match was won by Emi; she fought against a girl from onother Kirigakure's team. In 4th match fought someone from Sunagakure and other team of Konoha; this match was long, but in the end the boy from Konoha fainted from exhaustion. Two girls from Suna and Kumo fought in 5th match - Suna won. During 6th match Kazuki was knocked out by explosion of paper bomb - boy from Kiri won. In 7th match last member of other Konoha's team gave up and a boy from Kumo won. Kouhei's match was 8th; he fought against last member of Kirigake's team that defeated Kazuki. At first, Kouhei tried to tire his opponent with fast movement and strikes, but the other boy soon realized his tactics and summoned few strange beings to aid him. Kouhei played his flute to get enemy under genjutsu and got him into a trap, then attacked with lightning and won. It was unbelievable, when 9th match was of two guy from same Kirigakure's team, it was a draw as they knocked out each other.

So in total 8 Genins passed preliminaries. They were given some time to prepare before the final Third Exam. Kouhei spent this time to learn more about his ability of sensing. It appeared that his bloodline limit was called Kanchiki. He also trained his Raiton skills and came up with two more techniques.

In a early morning, 7 hours before final exam should begin, Kouhei was already there. He sat in a tree watching the huge arena building and relaxing his body. He remembered this last Exam was a tournament. The match ups slided through his mind and he thought about his first opponent, the boy from Kumo that won against someone from Sunagakure. Kouhei was anlysing everyones abilities from since preliminaries and feared only match with Emi, a girl from Kiri and the boy who didn't show anything as his opponent gave up.

The first match started, it was Kouhei vs Shigen. At the begining Shigen tried to overpower Kouhei in hand to hand, but he lacked speed to do that and soon after realizing this he backed up and started kunai attack. He was really good at this and if Kouhei didn't want to get hit, he had to go offensive. Kouhei caught a moment when his opponent started some sort of combination and after deflecting last kunai attack, he threw few shurikens at his opponent. Shigen was forced to stop his combo and dodge those shuriken. After he landed on the ground, he was caught into Kouhei's lightning trap and got his leg injured. This made him much slower and after he got his second leg injured by Kouhei's kunai, he gave up.

Second match was Kansho, a girl from Kirigakure vs a boy from Sunagakure. As before Kansho used powerful earth manipulation technique and when examiner stopped the match her opponent was nearly crushed to death. Third match was Emi's. She fought against Jinku, a girl from Suna. At first Jinku used genjutsu and it looked like Emi and her wolf Ginmaru is being overpowered. But after Emi got prepared, she started to counter attack, her Howling Wolf's combo ended her opponent up and she won.

Forth match was Gishin (a boy from Kumogakure) vs someone from Kirigakure. It was a total defeat for Kiri, as his explosive traps had no effect on Gishin. Kiri's boy had no chance against Gishins Raiton ninjutsu and impressive taijutsu combination. When the match was stopped and Gishin won, Kiri's boy was seriously wounded. First matches ended, now up to the next level!

Next fight was Kouhei vs Kansho. Kouhei was prepared for it even though he kinda feared this fight. In first moment of the match, Kansho simply frightened Kouhei with various attacks. Kouhei used his chakra to avoid any danger and answered by throwing kunais with explosive notes at her. When she used her manipulation for defence, Kouhei took out his flute and played body binding melody. He knew he was successful, as he sensed he being immobile under her earth barrier. He ran lightning through kunai with an explosive note and threw it at her defence; the kunai pierced it and exploded inside. It appeared that she managed to escape by using substitution. When she tried to get offensive again, Kouhei used another of his flute ninjutsu. Her earth protectiles shattered and she was knocked out. Kouhei won, but he was left unexpectedly low on chakra.

It was time for match Emi vs Gishin. Emi didn't waste her time and used various of her Wolf Combinations on Gishin, but they all seemed to have nearly no effect. After her wolf got knocked out, she tried to use some ranged attacks, but as before, it didn't work. Finaly, she was enganged in close combat and examiner stopped match. Here pops up a problem: last match will be Kouhei vs Gishin, but Kouhei is too exhausted to handle this.

Right before their fight, Kouhei came up with a scheme, if it didn't work, he'd give up. When his opponent used his lightning jutsu and charged at him, Kouhei took out a flute and played paralysis melody. That worked, Gishin stopped, his face expressed surprise. Kouhei knew that physical attacks won't work as long as Gishin has his lightning armor technique active, but he could try his own lightning attacks. The next moment, Kouhei understood that he can't execute any of his strong lightning tachnique and decided to use weak, but critical attack - Lightning senbon. He concentrated and stiked, Gishin lighning armor ended, but Kouhei's paralysis too. Kouhei gave up before Gishin managed to stand up.

When Kouhei finaly woke up, he was informed by his sensei, that he slept from three days. He was also informed that he, Emi and two others were promoted to Chuunin. After he fully recovered, received Chuunin uniform, learned his new duties and privileges, he started to train again. His sister was very happy to know that, he made it to Chuunin. She made him a present, which was a beautiful white katana.

In next week, Emi joined tracking team and Kouhei got patrol mission for a month. Apart from training, Kouhei did various patrol, guard, escort, teaching missions for next two years. At the age of 14, he joined ANBU. It was really tough to be in ANBU. The program that new recruits needed to get through was very hard and changed persons down to their depths. Still, after nearly a year of ANBU, Kouhei started preparing for Jounin exams, he found his second chakra element which was Earth.

The really hard program of ANBU helped in the Jounin exams. After a year of preparation, Kouhei became a Jounin in his third try.
