Personality: Very cautious around people and never takes thing at face value. Not a big fan of practical jokes and often substitutes himself for the victim.

History:
Tatara a name once revered in the ninja world. A clan that dates back long before the first ninja war. Their ancestors were masters at metal-working and often employed by the Damiyo to fill the armoury. After being betrayed by the Damiyo, the took up arms and rebelled. Using a Kinjutsu they developed a bloodline trait that made them formidable ninjas. They were brought to the brink of extiction by the Uchiha Clan lead by Uchiha Madra. The survivors of the massacre made Kumogakure their home a shell of their former selves.

It was told that on the day Kogasu was born the sky was deep orange as if it seemed to be on fire. His father saw that as a sign that Kogasu will blaze ahead a great future for the clan. Thus Kogasu became the target of the pranks and teasing of his siblings and clan members. Growing up in that enviroment unable to escape the torments of his peers, he kept mostly to himself. His experiences taught him to be wary of people bearing gifts, to expect the unexpected and to be quick to defend himself.

In the Tatara clan the male children are required to enrolled into the ninja academy. If they fail to graduate among the top of the class then they are to take up the family profession. As his parents saw a bright future for him, Kogasu decided to go beyond their expectations. He aced all his classes and his instructors gave him high marks but the top spot belonged to another, the class prodigy. Kogasu graduated from the academy as a genin and was invited to the main house to meet with the Head of the main family. After testing his abilities, the Head told him the secrets of the Tatara clan then handed Kogasu two scrolls. The Kenjutsu scroll containing the fighting techniques of the clan and the Kinjutsu scroll that can only be activated by blood.
