Description:
After bearer has awaken he is able to use his blood as a conduit to manipulate the earth's minerals and Fire release to creating metal. In combination with Earth release he can create various weapons with his blood with correlation to the amount of blood and minerals used. It allows the bearer to regulate the blood flow, temp. and pressure of their body with ease.

Weakness:
Too much blood loss will make the bearer anemic and lose consciousness. Requires alot of chakra control as a mistake will lead to paralysis, stroke or death. It is susceptible to long exposure to Lightning jutsu which forces the bearer to use more chakra to sustain the abilities.

What would be the ratio of minerals : blood used by mass?

For Earth Release Jusu :

E Rank - a smear of blood (finger tip),
D Rank - a hand print,
C rank - a smear of blood (hand)
B Rank - two Hand prints,
A Rank - a long smear of blood (an arc),
S Rank - a circle of blood surrounding the user.

If the amount of blood used to make a mark = the amount of blood spilled, then Jutsu would take effect (except for S Rank). If an A rank user does an D rank jutsu on a smear of blood with the hand, the stronger the result.

The amount of minerals in the area enhances the jutsu to a degree by increasing its metal content.
