A stay in the rain. (Team Metsuki)

Misuto pulled himself up when them man took his hand. "I am Ken Kireme" the man said. Ken bent down to pick up Misuto's staff, then handed it to him. Misuto took his sleeve and wiped the mud off of his face and then took his staff. "I am Misuto Ikusa." he replied. "Thanks for helping me. The mud is rather slick." He turned to Maoa and said "Sorry I took of, he was on the edge of my senses, I did''t want to lose him. Now all we need to do is find Migoto and Metsuki." Misuot let out a loud shrill whistle. "Hogosha will be here soon." he said, explaining his actions.

"Senses?" Ken wondered what Misuto was talking about, but he figured they would have time to talk later. He looked around for Migoto. She had been following him, but he didn't see her. He turned completely around, he would have missed her if she didn't have the monkey. He caught a glimpse of the monkey out of the corner of his eye.

He walked over and said, "Come on Migoto, everyone is here except for Metsuki, but Misuto's bird is finding him."He took her arm and pulled her over to Maoa and Metsuki. "Everyone, this is Migoto." he said, pointing at Migoto. He let go of her arm and said, "So where's Metsuki?"

Maoa smiled as she realized they had everyone. She waved to Migoto and reintroduced herself again, just incase the young girl didn't catch it before. Maoa noticed right away that Migoto was a great deal younger than the others. Maoa couldn't tell if she was a genin or a chuunin like they all were.

Now all they needed was to get to the warm hotel. Maoa did enjoy the rain, but it was cold and wet; Maoa feared getting sick if she remained in it too long. Her long hair was dripping wet and she knew it would take a while to dry. Maoa found herself sliding her hand through that long auburn hair of hers. Thanks to the rain her hair did look a few tones darker than normal.

"He was searching for a place to stay. Now that I think about it, he must be paying for all of us. That will be pretty expensive" Maoa noted, her hand still combing through her hair. Even though she spoke to Ken she was looking around for any signs of Hogosha.

Metsuki walked around looking for a nice place for them to stay. After walking around for awhile he found a nice place. It had nice beds and several baths, something he imagined they all would need. He looked at the price for a week and he could have sworn his heart skipped a few beats. "That is a bit more than the Mission budget, but...' He took the money out of his pocket and paid, this had better be worth it.

He was wandering around the village in the rain looking at all the shops. He enjoyed the rain, it reminded him of his parents cabin. He looked at a few items, but wasn't really looking to buy. However, he had ended up buying some more supplies. When he was done shopping, he went back to the village gate, when he noticed Hogosha flying speedily toward where he assumed Misuto and Maoa were.

He took off after the bird, hoping those two had found Ken and Migoto. Surprisingly they were not that far from where he was. He found them together, Misuto and Ken covered in mud. "Have they been fighting" he wondered. "Well, I see you have all found each other." he said, looking back and forth at each of them."I am Metsuki your teacher." introducing himself to Migoto and Ken. "It seems we all have perfect timing, I found a place to stay and you all found each other" he said. He began to walk away and said, "Follow me."

He led them all to the hotel. Up to the third floor, taking the elevator. While waiting in the elevator, listening to the annoying music, he noticed that they all looked like wet cats. He burst into a fit of laughter that had them all looking at him. They exited the elevator and he took them to room 317.
He opened the door revealing the large room. 5 Seperate bedrooms and bathrooms, and a blacony overlooking the town. A table sat in the middle of the room for them all to eat at. "I'll order room service later, I figure we could all use a warm bath."

Ken looked at the hotel room in Wonder. He had never stayed in a place as nice as this. The only thing it was missing was a T.V. Cleverly, while everyone was standing there awestruck he ran into the biggest room. "Dibs" he yelled before he slammed the door.

In his room he unpacked his clothes from his sack, thankfully they weren't soaked. He took out a pair of pants and some underwear stripping down he went into the bathroom to take warm shower. The hot water relaxed his muscles and rinsed all the mud off of his body.

When he was done in the shower, he grabbed his swords and a shirt. Putting it on, but not buttoning the front. Leaving it open to show off his muscled abs. He took his sword into the living-room and began to polish and sharpen them. Making sure they weren't wet and putting some special oil on them to keep them from rusting.

Migoto smiled at the others when she was introduced, and blushed. The all looked much more experienced than her. Usually, she'd be hyper and dazed, but these people had her respect. She just followed silently as they made their way around the streets, tightly holding the monkey's hand. Rain dripped from her hair onto her shirt, cooling her body as it seeped through the material. In Konoha, it was rarely that cold.

The group arrived at a hotel, and Metsuki, the leader, booked them rooms. As they went up the elevator, he suddenly laughed, though she didn't understand why.

'Mistress, he's laughing because we look like wet idiots.'

Migoto gave a small giggle, and gently squeezed Saru's hand. He knew more than her. The group of five exited the elevator and came to Room 317. It was a room seperated to make more smaller rooms. At first, Migoto just looked in wonder. Usually, she would just camp out at night, preferably in a forest.

Saru, the smart little monkey, grabbed her hand and ran into the second biggest room, the first being occupied by Ken. The monkey slammed the door behind them and ran straight to the bed. He sunk into the plush, warm sheets and instantly fell asleep. Migoto smiled, shook her hair, and slowly walked over to the bathroom. She didn't bother taking off her clothes as she turned the knob and hot water rained down on her. It washed the mud and soil from her pants and feet, and was nice against her cold, little body.

Feeling enough was enough, Migoto turned off the shower and shook herself. When in a forest, that was how she dried herself. She took her water bottle and re-filled it. Yes, it was still full, but the water was already three days old. Migoto hadn't bothered with the rain water because it was tiring to wait for it to fill up. After that was done, she collapsed onto a chair, the heat was already beginning to wear off the water. Minutes later, her clothes were dry, but cold. Migoto sighed and took them off, folding them neatly. She put on the cleanest and less likely to rip outfit; a pair of sweats and a hoodie. Feeling finally finished with everything, she plopped onto the bed and day-dreamed next to Saru.

Maoa scrunched her hair out before going into the hotel. She wanted to drop some of the heavy water from that long hair of hers. She twisted it as much as she could and watched the water rain down. She quickly jumped in the hotel before more water could re-soak her hair.

Maoa looked at the hotel. It was pretty nice, as any Hotel would be. It was large, clean and smelled so refreshing. Maoa's hair was now bunched together and she found herself combing through it with her fingers as she looked around the hotel lobby. She had been so engrossed in looking around that she had managed to make it to the elevator last. When she was in she just leaned against the wall. Bath, Food, Bed; she would have all the luxuries she loved so very soon. She was pulled from her mental thoughts of lazy grandeur when Metsuki started laughing. She couldn't figure just what he found so funny.

When they walked down the hall and made it to the room she watched as Migoto and Ken grabbed the larger rooms. Maoa was really impressed at the sheer size of the room. For Metsuki to have managed to obtain a room equivalent to a suite made Maoa find some respect in her new teacher. Maoa also realized just who to go to if she were ever broke.

Maoa just picked any room, not caring for the size. And, as fortune would have it, she still had her own bed, bath and closet. Maoa didn't have any clothes, she hadn't bought any. "Seems I'll be going shopping..." she mentally noted. She still had around 100,000 Ryo, which was a very huge amount of money. Maoa removed the contents from her pockets, which was the money, keys and some other unnotable items. She removed the scroll she bought and walked over to the bath.

Maoa wasn't planning on taking a shower. Oh no. She had traveled in the outdoors far too long and she missed the pleasures of urban society. Maoa wanted a long, warm, bubble bath and she would have it. Maoa turned the water on and closed the door to her bathroom. She slowly disrobed. She found it difficult to get the wet, sticky clothes from her flesh. She hung them on the shower, which was across from her very large bath. Maoa grabbed the toiletries and turned her filling bath into a bubble bath. Having the scroll in one hand and the mini shampoo and soap bottles in the other she slowly slipped into the bath.

Maoa shivered as the hot water warmed her cold body. "Ahhh" she said as she rested her back against the end of the tub. Maoa opened the shampoo and slid the thick, white liquid into her hair with both hands. Her scroll on the edge of the tub and the soap floating in the waters. It felt wonderful to scrub her head with the sweet smelling shampoo. Maoa ducked her head under water and heard the scroll drop in. She shook underwater before popping back up.

"Oh yeah...Lets see" she said as she picked it from the water. It was made of some form of plastic that didn't wear in water. Maoa wasn't surprised, because it was a Rain made product. She slowly opened the scroll and quickly noticed that it was written in a strange language that she had never seen before...yet she could read it by placing a bit of chakra into the material.

She studied her scroll as she relaxed in the bath. She probably wouldn't be out for a hour or so. The lazy girl.

Misuto entered the hotel with the rest of his group, he knew him an Ken must look pathetic. As he walked through the hotel, he took in everything he could. He'd never been in a place as nice as this before. It smelled clean, almost to clean. It was quiet too, but the bustle of people going back and forth, and stomping of the people on the floors above had created enough noise to keep him comfortable.

He entered the elevator with the rest of the team, standing behind Maoa. He was glad they took the elevator, because even though he was trying not to show it, his back was killing him. He was paying for all his acrobatics from earlier. Misuto was unsure what Metsuki was laughing at, but he thought it was the music playing.

Metsuki showed them the room, Room 317, which Misuto comited to memory. The room had the same, too clean smell, that the lobby had had, the smell or lack of smell made Misuto's nose cringe. The living room went off into atleast 5 other rooms, which he knew from Hogosha flying through the room, tapping each wall, which Misuto could track using his senses. Misuto took the smallest, which he was more comfortable in.

His room had a bed in the middle, a stand beside the bed and he was pretty sure it had a lamp on top. He set his bag on the bed and leaned his staff against the doorway. He took out, his clothes and things, laying them carefully in order. Feeling his clothes, he noticed he only had one shirt left and one pair of pants. Including what he was wearing this meant he only had no more clean clothes after he changed. He was glad his sack was waterproof, so he would have dry clothes to change into after he showered.

He carefully removed the bandage, and got in the shower. He set the water to as hot as he could stand it. He let the burning water run of his body, cleaning the mud off his arms and and face. The water warmed him, better than any fire would have. And even though he had problems with it, he was glad they stayed in the hotel.

When he got out of the shower, he put on a pair of pants and a button up shirt, buttoning only the middle button, just so it would stay closed. He walked over to the window in his room, and opened it to let Hogosha out to hunt, before he sunk into his bed falling asleep. Just as he was falling asleep he realized he had forgotten about Maoa's stories. "Ill just get her to tell me tommorw" He thought before falling asleep.

He watched as all the kids had quickly claimed their rooms. He was surprised that Misuto picked the smallest. Metsuki got the next to smallest bedroom walking in and closing the door. He stripped down to get a shower, not that it did much good, it seemed everyone else had used all the hot water. He took a quick cold shower, getting dressed. He ran a towel through his long black hair, but didn't dry it all the way, just leaving the towel on his neck.

When he went back into the living room, to see Ken already on the couch sharpening his swords. He cast the kid a grin and walked over to the phone. He called and ordered enough food for 10 people. This hotel is going to bancrupt me. he thought, when they told him the price. The receptionist said the food would be up in about a half-an-hour.

He went around knocking on everyones door telling them food would be here. When he got to Misuto's door he peeked in to tell him, but found the kid fast asleep. When he was done, he went into his room and took a book out of his pack and sat on a chair across from Ken.

Maoa had been involved in reading the scroll and the warmth of the bath that she forgot others were even there. When Metsuki said, through the door, that the food would be there Maoa knew she couldn't just stay in the wonderful water all day. She read a bit more of the scroll before wrapping it up and placing it on the tile floor underfoot. Maoa grasped the soap and a washcloth on the counter behind and washed off every bit of dirt and grime that had accumulated all over her body.

When she was finished she slowly exited the bath. If she would have fell it would hurt. Maoa performed some seals as she walked over to her clothes. Her hands started to burn a dark red fire and she moved it across her clothes. She was planning on hand drying them. It took her about ten minutes on her shirt and underwear and about fifteen on her pants alone. When everything was warm and dry she slipped it on with more ease. That dark shirt that clung to her and fell a few inches below her waists and the tight and dark jeans felt almost clean, even though she knew they weren't. She wanted clean clothes.

Maoa slid her hand through her hair a few times before releasing the Burning Hawk Fists. She felt amazing after that bath. Maoa walked back over to the tub and removed the plug, letting the water drain out, and grasped the scroll before leaving the bathroom and her room. Ken and Metsuki were in the living room in front of the table. Maoa quickly noticed Ken was taking care of his weapons. Maoa was impressed that he put that much effort in maintaining them.

She walked over with a short, "Hi" before sitting in a couch opposed to Ken, near Metsuki, and with the table in front of her. Maoa pulled her legs up under her and hugged her abdomen. Maoa looked to Metsuki and smiled, "This is pretty lavish. You must have quiet a deep pocket, teacher. You should take Migoto and me shopping, huh?" she asked, her smile bright.

"Deep pockets." Metsuki laughed, "Hardly..." BANG BANG came the knock at the door. "Ah the food has arrived." he said walking over to answer the door. In walked several servants (OOC=What are hotel workers called?) pushing several trays of food. The trays had almost any kind of food available in the Hidden Rain The pushed the trays far enough into the room, then turned around and left. Metsuki waved his hand toward the food, and said "Help yourself." He walked over and got 5 plates and 5 pairs of chopsticks out of the cupboard and set them on the table infront of Maoa. He helped himself to the food, as he continued his thought from before the food arrived. "When my parents...." he stopped looking for the right word, "..died, I was left with a fair some of money. I saved it and never have used it until today." He neglected to mention, that it would take him a fair amount of missions to get the money back to its previous point. He walked over and sat next to Maoa and said, "Go ahead and eat. But save some for Misuto and Migoto"

OOC: Room service. Maids.

IC: Maoa grasped a pair of chopsticks and went for vegetables. She was a few inches from tossing it in her mouth when she heard him start on his parents. Maoa removed the vegetables and looked to Metsuki, "I'm sorry about your parents. To be honest, I couldn't really relate. I still live with mine and they'd keel over before they'd let me move out" she said before slipping the food in her mouth. She noticed that it was broccoli with some almost sweet sauce. It was strongly pineapple, but it reminded her of teriyaki sauce. Maoa moved in for a different vegetable. She was trying her hardest to avoid meats, rice, and wheats.

"But, if you do have money we should go shopping. I'd owe you one" she said with a small wink before she tasted what she thought was carrot. It was a large, boiled piece of carrot that had some strong flavor to it. Maoa thought of onions, pepper and what tasted like oregano. There were other spices and flavoring, but those three were the more dominant. Maoa normally could never catch oregano, unless eating pizza, but it was strong. She liked that best.

"I feel I don't know you well. As my teacher it would be a good bonding exercise or a date" Maoa said as she reached for another carrot. Maoa really didn't know how old Metsuki was, but she didn't think he would take the latter part so seriously either. She just didn't want to run to the bed and go to sleep without seeing any of the Rain first. She had never been here in her entire life.

Ic: Metsuki cast Maoa a big grin, when she was talking about her parents. "See, mine would have been like that, if it weren't for my father, I dont think my mother would have ever let me out of the house." he said, in between bites. He watched Maoa pick through the food. as he stood up and stuck his empty plate in the sink. She began talking about shopping again. "But, if you do have money we should go shopping. I'd owe you one. Besides, I feel I don't know you well. As my teacher it would be a good bonding exercise or a date"

Metsuki had to bite his tongue to stop from laughing at the last part. "A date? I may not be that much older than you, but wouldn't it be a little inappropriate." He rubbed his chin, mulling the idea over in his head. "Okay, whoever wants to go shopping can go with me Tomorrow, but the day after tomorrow we do some serious training, I want to get the scope of all your guy's abilities. For tonight we will just stay here and talk or whatever."

Misuto awoke to the smell of food wafting through his room. His window was still open, Hogosha wasn't back yet. It didn't surprise him, he hadn't let her out to hunt for herself in some time. He stood up, buttoning his shirt the rest of the way, and grabbing his staff and walking out into the main room.

The smell of food hit him fully when he walked in. His stomach rumbled in response. Without Hogosha's help he had to feel around for plates and eating utensils. When he went over to the food, he just began grabbing random things, listening to Maoa's and Metsuki's conversation. "A Date?" his ears flushed and jealousy ran through him. He was glad when Metsuki said they could all go if they wanted. He felt his way around to a seat beside Ken and began eating.

He finished his plate, setting it on the table infront of him, but pushing it forward so he could bring his feet up on the table. "Don't forget Maoa, you owe me some good stories." he said, "So...what are we going to talk about?"

"Abilities? Well, I'm definitely the strongest. I have to be," said Maoa removing the scroll from her pocket and slowly moving it back and forth infront of her face. "I dated the Hokage" Maoa added as she watched her scroll.

She figured she had two of them down by now. She wondered if she should show her ability in this room. Maoa couldn't figure her teacher being a proper genjustu type, and she knew a lot of genjustu. If she could just master the technique that she wanted she would be pleased. Maoa could manage genjustu by just repeating the necessary process over and over, it didn't really require actual battle experience.

"So I don't think it will be any different," she said, dropping the idea. Maoa ate a few more bites and gave up on the food. Most of it was meat and things she didn't want to eat. Maoa placed the chopsticks on her plate and slowly opened the scroll and started to memorize the necessary processes, hand signs and chakra formation. Genjustu was as easy to understand as reading a rudimentary book for Maoa. She quickly fell into her studies as Metsuki pretty much put down the buying her things. She thought over how she could make him do it and her gaze fell to Ken. "No. That won't work" she said with a low chuckle to herself. She found herself studying again.

When Misuto walked in Maoa quickly rolled it up. She smiled when he asked about the stories. Maoa nodded and placed the scroll on her lap, "The most recent events. Let's see...I took a trip to the Lightning village on a mission and met this very very suspicious man named Taihaku. I still wish I could find him and find just who he was and why he burned down his house. He kicked me in the stomach...When I returned I dated the Hokage...Then he died. I only knew him a day too. My father yelled at me for the relationship and it made me so angry that I went to speak to the Hokage. That was the day he was killed. Quickly after I went to the sands on the mission to take out the target there. I made it there and the barrier was up. Now i'm looking for Stones to revive the people that died that day...With no luck. I'm worried that I won't ever find the proper clues or if the stones are even still around" Maoa explained her story as she thought over the genjustu she was trying to memorize. The third was quiet troublesome for her, it may be one that she does need to practice on an animal or the like.

When the food arrived, Ken put his swords in their sheaths and got up to get some food. He got chicken and rice, chicken dumplings, chicken teriyaki. Anything chicken. He was listening to Metsuki and Maoa speaking. He didn't particularly care about the whole shopping thing, but the training sounded fun. He hadn't quite decided if he was going to go shopping with them or not. It might be fun. he thought. He returned to his previous spot, and began eating.

When Misuto came out, without his bird. Something that surprised Ken, who thought the bird was always with the guy. He watched as Misuto felt around for the eating utensils. Not sure if it would offend Misuto if he offered help, he just kept his mouth shut. When Misuto got his food, Ken gave him a puzzled look. Misuto had picked out the weirdest combinations of food. It must be an adventure being blind. he thought Misuto came over and sat on the couch one cushion away from Ken.


"Don't forget Maoa, you owe me some good stories." Misuto said. Ken found he was interested in everyone's story. He was so used to knowing every thing about Akio and Yumi, that he had forgotten what it was like to listen as everyone described their pasts. He propped his feet up on the table, as Misuto had and took out a switchblade out of his pocket and began flipping the blade in and out. He sat their playing with his knife as Maoa told her story. "Strongest?! She's never event seen me fight" he thought annoyed. She quickly rushed through the rest of it. Sure doesn't leave much room for detail does she. He thought

Misto sat their listening to Maoa's story. She dated the Hokage he thought, jealous. He was annoyed by the rhythmic clicking coming from Ken. Misuto figured it was a knife of some kind. The sound annoyed Misuto so much, he considered taking his staff and hitting Ken upside the head with it, but he didn't want to start a fight with his new teammate on the first day.

He began to drift off when no interesting conversation had begun. Not sleeping, just thinking. He was wondering if Metsuki could teach him some more earth techniques. Perhaps to help him in a fight against Maoa. Or maybe, he could help him learn water jutsu, but Metsuki didn't seem like the water type. He already knew Maoa's abilites, but he was looking forward to seeing Migoto's, Ken's, and Metsuki's ablilites.

He decided, he would go out shopping tomorrow if Maoa went. He hoped it would rain, he liked the way the rain felt and sounded. Even the way it tasted. When I retire, I think Ill stay here. he decided. He would be the blind hermit of the rain. "Hmm," he thought, "That doesn't sound bad, The Blind Hermit"

Maoa noticed how things grew dreadfully quiet. Maoa looked to Misuto then to Ken and noticed that Misuto seemed slightly agitated. Did Misuto get annoyed by redundant sounds? She thought that over for a few seconds before looking to Ken and that pocket knife he had. If Maoa were blind and had excellent hearing, repetitive sounds would annoy her.

"Say Ken," Maoa said, aiming to draw his attention away from the knife, "What about you? Anything interesting? It seems everyone has shared but you and Misuto? Either of you have something new to bring up?" she asked, slowly looking to Misuto as she tapped her right temple with the end of her scroll twice. Maoa wanted to know more about Ken and Migoto, having just met them, but Misuto had been away from her for a while as well. She wondered just what he had been up too. She hoped it wasn't falling. Maoa made a mental note to be more weary of where Misuto was walking. Mud and him weren't the greatest allies as of late.

"Also, is your back fine? I could take a look at it, if you'd like, Misuto" Maoa asked. She felt like such a pest, but she wanted to make sure he was fine. He was probably growing annoyed with everyone worrying about his back. Maoa wouldn't be mad at him if he snapped at her. Knowing that though, she couldn't help but worry for him. The entire injury was her fault and he was a very close friend of hers. "Magic fingers" she said slowly as the air seemed to vibrate around her left hand, which she waved a bit. She released the genjustu on her hand to such a degree that the chakra seemed to send a very small wave through the room. This genjustu could only affect those it touched, but with that high of a activation, it was like hearing the very air vibrate.

Ooc: sorry I'm late O.O"

Migoto exited her room, a bit dazy. Saru had waken up when Metsuki knocked, and pulled the airheaded girl out to meet the others. Migoto blushed and bowed when she saw the others, and sat down on the floor near Maoa. She preferred the rough ground, and was more comfortable with another female. Saru sat crosslegged next to his mistress, looking like an old man.

As she sat there, Migoto observed the others. She was obviously the weakest and probably the pathetic one. She didn't want to have to depend on anyone...that was her weakness. Wanting to be useful and not just a burden. A small smile appeared on her lips and Migoto started to trace the patterns on the floor as she listened to the others.

"Mistress, did you not hear what they were talking about?" Saru asked, talking in monkey language. Migoto shook her head, and he re-capped her on everything, a bit exhausted. He was getting really annoyed with having to compensate for Migoto's ditziness.

Migoto looked up at Maoa, awe on her face. The older kunoichi's life was very interesting. Something in the atmosphere moved, but Migoto didn't mind. It was probably nothing. She chose something sweet to eat, still keeping her ears peeled. Other than the vocal conversations, she listened to the sound of Ken's blade. It was...nostalgic. She looked up from the piece of dango in her hand and let her eyes wander along the faces of her teammates, trying to memorise like she was taught to.

Misuto began to think. What was inteesting that had happened to him. Nothing really in the last few months. "Honestly, nothing interesting, read a few books, but nothing as exciting as you Maoa." He was waiting for Ken to say something, but when he didn't Maoa began speaking again. "Is your back fine? I could take a look at it, if you'd like, Misuto" she asked, waving her hand releasing some genjutsu, "Magic fingers" she added.

The fact that she was constantly worried about his back, was beging to get annoying. "I wish you would stop feeling guilty." he said, then remembered something he read. "Saru mo ki kara ochiru." he said. He assumed everyone wouldn't know what it meant. So he explained "Even monkeys fall from trees. More or less, it means everyone makes mistakes."

He sensed Migoto and her monkey walk in. Misuto though he liked her. Mostly because she was quiet. But Misuto wondered if she was quiet because she was nervous or embarrassed, or if she was just naturally quiet. "Alright someone else's turn, as to the fact that my life is boring." he said.

Even Monkeys fall from trees. Saru mo ki kara ochiru. Ill have to remember that. Ken thought. He didn't know what was wrong with Misuto's back, but he knew from Misuto's tone that Maoa's constant worry annoyed him. "Alright someone else's turn, as to the fact that my life is boring. Misuto said. Ken figured he could contribute.

"When I graduated from the Academy, I was placed on a team with Akio and Yumi. We went through the Chunin Exams and all passed. But on a mission Akio and Yumi were injured, and can no longer go on missions. They are working to become teachers at the academy. But anyway, I was assigned to this team and here I am." He stopped and then began telling them about himself. "I specialize in sword techniques, using the swords my uncle made for me. And my favorite food is chicken." he said, just feeling stupid about the last part. "Okay, someone else speak before I start to sound like and idiot."

"Its time for me to chip in i guess" Metsuki thought. "I was originally raised near here. In the forest county, but Ive always felt that Kohona was my real home." he said. He then walked over and got some water from the sink, before continuing. "When I was 11 my parents were murdered by a group of would be thieves. From that point on I was raised in the leaf. I became a chunin when I was 17 and was just recently promoted to Jounin." He figured he would leave out some details, he was just trying to get the others to open up more. He leaned against a wall behind Maoa as he waited for someone else to speak.

Since the others had spoken, Migoto felt like she should have told them something about her as well. "Um...Let's see...I'm not that special. My parents died from sickness when I was young, and I raised myself. Sometime later, I met Saru-chan." She lightly squeezed the monkey's hand, smiling gently for the first time. "I didn't graduate as a genin as early as I thought, and I couldn't do some of the jutsus properly. After I did graduate, I activated my bloodline." She smiled sweetly at the others then looked down, embarrassed. Failing her first few graduation exams had always been a shameful fact for her to state. And sure, she left out one big piece in her life, but it wouldn't affect anything if she told it, anyway. Now, time to move onto her likes and dislikes. "Other than my history...I don't like backstabbers or traitors...and spinach. I hate spinach. I like sweet things and pain." The last comment always sounded strange. Migoto was a bit of a masochist, what was wrong with that?

She played with her dango stick, thinking over the phrase. Saru mo ki kara ochiru. Even monkeys fall from trees. Haha. How true. Then she'd better watch out. Migoto looked up from her stick, smiling innocently like always.

Maoa listened to the collection of stories. She really felt for Migoto and Metsuki, they had both lost their parents as such a young age. Maoa looked at Migoto when she added that last comment. For a moment Maoa had no idea how to react. Was it weird or cool that she enjoyed pain? It would be a good trait to have in a fight, but it was so different.

"Pain? Like what sort of pain?" Maoa asked, sliding her hand through her hair. It was so soft and warm now that she had washed. Maoa had to slide her hand through it a few more times a grin spreading across her face. "I also want to know just where you met Saru. He seems unique" Maoa spoke kindly and softly to the young Migoto. Migoto was such a small and cute girl, Maoa hoped out of everyone that Migoto was as nice most of the time as she was now.

Misuto listened to everyones story, he was sorry for Metsuki and Migoto. But he felt very out of place. He wasn't one to sit around doing nothing. He stood up, grabbing his staff and he walked out onto the balcony. It was still raining, which was not unexpected. He removed his shirt, letting the rain flow down his chest and back. Leaning against the guard rail, he felt bad. He wasn't good at social situations. He was a solitary person by nature. He didn't connect well with most people. He stood their thinking about things in the rain, as Hogosha flew up and sat on the rail beside him.
